Midweek calls for something slow-cooked, comforting and just a little indulgent.

Every Wednesday night, we’re serving a 1kg Amelia Park lamb shank, falling-off-the-bone tender and served with red wine jus, house-made mint gel and braised shallots. On the side, our signature Paris mash, buttery smooth and topped with pangrattato.

All paired with two glasses of red wine, for just $100.
